Welcome to Seth Malook Chand International School
Late Seth Shri Malook Chand Agarwal was born on the full moon day of the month of Kartik in his ancestral village, Kaurah (Rustampur), in the Aligarh district. He completed his Intermediate education at Aligarh. While taking care of his family responsibilities, he developed an interest in business and started his venture, which he managed very successfully.
In 1957, he started a cotton ginning business with just a few small cotton-cleaning machines. Through hard work, dedication, and clear vision, the business grew steadily. Later, he set up cotton ginning and pressing mills under the name “Malook Chand & Sons Group” in Sirsa (Haryana) and Malout (Punjab).
During this time, he also set up three mustard oil mills in Aligarh, one after another. Along with this, he successfully ran chemical mills, thread manufacturing units, and several other businesses. Each of these ventures became a mark of his success.
Throughout his life, he worked selflessly for the welfare of society, with full dedication to his time, effort, and resources. Today, Seth Malook Chand Agarwal International School is moving forward with his blessings and inspiration. We hope that through this school, the children of Aligarh city and nearby rural areas will receive a quality and nurturing education.
A poet wrote the following for him:
